Woodstock, NH – White Mountain Motorsports Park officials have postponed the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) event originally scheduled for Saturday, August 4 due to an inclement forecast that calls for rain throughout the day and into the evening. The ACT Autosaver Group 150 has been rescheduled for Sunday, August 5 at 1:00pm.

ACT, White Mountain Stars Ready to Do Battle

Waterbury, VT – A little extra will be on the line this Saturday, August 4 when the ACT Late Model Tour heads to N. Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park. The Autosaver Group 150 will see the stars of ACT take on the weekly standouts of the ¼-mile bullring in the quest to be the next ACT winner.

Saturday’s event will count towards both the ACT and White Mountain championships. Regional household names such as Scott Payea, Eddie MacDonald, and Jimmy Hebert will take on Quinny Welch, Stacy Cahoon, Stephen Donahue, and others who call the White Mountains their racing home. As such, one of the biggest fields of the year is expected, potentially creating a battle just to get in the main event.

White Mountain Motorsports Park score is second PASS Super Late Model win this season for Derek Griffith

North Woodstock, NH — Derek Griffith of Hudson, New Hampshire raced to his second Pro All Stars Series North Super Late Model victory of the season Saturday night in the 150-lap event topping the racing car at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, New Hampshire.

To earn this trip to the winners’ circle Griffith needed to take command of the race from Ben Rowe, the reigning PASS Super Late Model National Champion who is no stranger to victory lane at the high-banked, quarter-mile oval.

Griffith’s LCM Motorsports 12 was chased under the checkered flag by Travis Benjamin of Morrill, Maine. Benjamin vaulted into the PASS North Super Late Model championship points lead with his runner-up finish aboard the Petit Motorsports 7.

PASS Returns To White Mountain For Busy New Hampshire Weekend

NAPLES, ME (September 20) – After a thriller at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Models and PASS Modifieds return to the track again this weekend at New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park. While the championship battle between Glen Luce and Travis Benjamin continues to be razor thin, 4-time PASS National Champion, Ben Rowe, still holds onto an outside shot at another North title after his second place finish at Beech Ridge last weekend.

A 9-time PASS North Super Late Model winner at White Mountain Motorsports Park, Rowe hopes he, his teammate Trevor Sanborn, and his team have hit on something that will see them get their first win in New England in over a year.

Todd Stone Takes the Checkers at White Mountain!

Woodstock, NH – Todd Stone of Middlebury, VT. took the checkers at the White Mountain 100 on Saturday night. In practice and the scuff sessions, veteran to the track, DJ Shaw of Center Conway, NH posted the fastest times. Wayne Helliwell Jr. of Dover, NH who has run well in the ACT Series posted some of the fastest times as well. 

The feature saw Helliwell Jr. on the poll, and Luke Hinkley of Claremont, NH started on the outside to start the race. The early part of the race saw Helliwell take an early lead for the first twenty laps of the race. Eventually Shaw would take the lead and hold it until lap 40 when the caution flew. Shaw and Hinkley made contact on the backstretch sending the 31NH car up the pit road in a wild ride with the car ending up on thp of the pit wall, ending his night early.

Outduels Moltz, Masterson for 3rd straight ACT win

NORTH WOODSTOCK, NH – Scott Payea of Colchester, Vt. took the lead from Dillon Moltz on a lap 72 restart and notched his third consecutive American Canadian Tour (ACT) victory in the White Mountain 150 Saturday at White Mountain Motorsports Park.

 

Moltz started on the pole, led the first 71 laps and then drew even to Payea’s outside on lap 78, but never managed to regain the top spot. With six laps remaining, Payea finally managed to give Moltz the slip. His winning margin was four car-lengths.
