RUTLAND, Vt. – A jam-packed room of more than 330 guests celebrated as the 2019 stock car racing season was officially wrapped up for Devil’s Bowl Speedway and the King of Dirt Racing (KOD) Crate Modified Series on Saturday, January 25.  The event, which was held at the Holiday Inn Rutland-Killington in Rutland, Vt., included a red-carpet reception, live driver interviews on social media, and awards for more than 65 top drivers and racing personalities.  Point fund bouses distributed approached $28,000 in total.

Bear Ridge Speedway is gearing up for their 53rd year of consecutive racing. The Ridge continues to be the best source of great inexpensive high-quality entertainment for families. The price of a regular show general admission (front gate) ticket will remain the same as it has over the past decade for adults (ages 17 to 61) at $10.00 a person and children 11 and under $2.00. Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older will be able to enjoy the racing in 2020 for just $8.00.

Bear Ridge Speedway “the fastest dirt track in Vermont” is proud to announce the new event being added to the 2020 line up. DIRTcar Northeast is adding the “East Region Series” for the DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds. The Ridge will be hosting the the first event of four on May 9th. Additional races will be held at Utica Rome, Albany Saratoga and Glen Ridge. Promoters C.V. “Butch” and April May are very excited to be able to be a part of this series with the hosting of an event, and know that several of the Ridge drivers will be strong contendors for the overall championship of this series. ACT Announces New England Late Model Challenge Cup for Weekly Racers

Waterbury, VT – Weekly Late Model racers around the Northeast will have the opportunity to race for even more during the 2020 season. The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) has announced the inaugural New England Late Model Challenge Cup (NELMCC) presented by American Racer to reward the top participating drivers around the region.

Throughout 2020, registered Late Model drivers will earn points towards the NELMCC presented by American Racer based on their performance at participating tracks. A separate point fund has been posted with $3,000 guaranteed to the Challenge Cup champion and additional payouts for other top finishers.

Return to NHMS Flat Track highlights 15 race USAC-DMA Schedule

After a successful first race at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway Flat Track in

2019 which featured excellent racing and a drive to victory from 22nd starting spot by Seth Carlson, the USAC Dirt Midget Association will visit the Speedway twice in 2020. The first race will take place on July 17th on the Friday night of the Speedway’s NASCAR Cup weekend. For 2020 a second race has been added on Friday Sept. 11th in conjunction with the Full Throttle Weekend on the big track.
