Hudson NH – Billy Ryder won the John Bourdelais Jr. Memorial race this past Sunday at Hudson International Speedway. Bourdelais Jr. was a fixture on his Dads racing team at Star Speedway. His days were spent working alongside his dad and his nights were spent in the garage with his dads race team or fishing and camping with his friends. Always quick with a joke, his easygoing nature is fondly remembered by his family and many friends. He had raced some Enduros and at the time of his death in a tragic traffic accident three years ago a brand new streeter was being built for him by the Bourdelais team.

Billy Ryder won the race which was three segments with fifteen laps each. George Helliwell and Rob Bryant placed second and third. Fourth through tenth were Dave Helliwell, Eddie Gilman, Adam Giacomozzi, Jon Provost, Dan Shields, Dan Poliquin and Josh Provost.

The Rookie Stocks had two features. One was a makeup feature from last week that was postponed because of lighting issues at the speedway. Dan Murphy Jr. got the monkey off his back with his first career win in the first Rookie stock main. Second through tenth were Dean Wendell, Jerry Lepage, John Morin Jr., Keith Ennis, Chris Augevitch, Andy Nichols, Heath Tortellotte, Scotty Duval and Tyler Hatch. John Morin Jr. got back to the winning form he showed earlier in the season in the second feature. Second through tenth were Duval, Ennis, Murphy Jr., Lepage, Bill Heliwell, Tortellotte, Wendell, Charles Roberto and John Cashman.

Dave Helliwell won the Roadrunner feature in his first race in the Roadrunners since purchasing the former Patrick D’Alba Honda. Second through tenth were Loren Smith Jr., Jef James, Don Soucy, Derek Griffith, Louie Maher, Jason Carroll, Tony Page, Eric Miller and Jesse Tellier.
