Joey Polewarczyk Jr. To Test
At New Hampshire Motor Speedway
HUDSON, N.H. — Joey Polewarczyk Jr. of Hudson. N.H., was one of 40 Late Model drivers invited by the American-Canadian Tour to test at New Hampshire Motor Speedway next month, the sanctioning body announced today. Each driver will participate in one full day of testing during the session on Aug. 17-18 in advance of the second annual ACT Invitational at the track on Sept. 18.
The test session also serves as an approval process for being invited to join the 43-car starting field in the 60-lap event.
Polewarczyk, who has four career ACT Late Model Tour victories and competes full-time in the series, finished 10th in last year’s inaugural ACT Invitational.
JOEY POLEWARCYK JR. REACTS TO BEING CHOSEN TO TEST AT NH MOTOR SPEEDWAY:
“It’s going to be pretty cool. Anytime you get to go to New Hampshire Motor Speedway, it’s pretty special.
“It’s going to be different for us this year running the Ford engine there for the first time, but we are definitely looking forward to it. It will be an awesome experience.”
