Thunder Road Announces Discount 2011 Season Passes
Waterbury, VT – Barre, Vermont’s Thunder Road International Speedbowl has recently announced a discount on season passes for its 52nd season of stock car competition. The 2011 season passes can be purchased at 2010 prices if bought before January 1, 2011.
The recently released 2011 schedule features 18 events on the famed ¼-mile high banks located atop Quarry Hill in Barre. Highlights include the 13th Annual Merchants Bank 150 season opener and the 33rd running of the Bond Auto Labor Day Classic, both American Canadian Tour (ACT) events.
Mekkelsen RV Memorial Day weekend will feature twin 100 lap events for the Thunder Road Late Models and the Bond/WIX Tiger Sportsmen Tour. Thursday night events will kick off with the CARQUEST Governor’s Cup and will include the Times Argus Mid-Season Championships. The 2011 schedule will conclude with the traditional 49th Annual People’s United Bank Milk Bowl.
2011 season passes include admission to all 18 action packed events. Season passes can be purchased by calling 802.244.6963 or visiting the Thunder Road/ACT office on Stowe Street in Waterbury, Vermont. For holiday gifts, passes will need to be purchased before office closes for the holidays on Thursday, December 16.
