ACT Tour Racing
(Loudon, NH)- When you think of the ACT Invitational at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, you can’t help but think of Joey Polewarczyk Jr. The Hudson, NH native drove his Black #97 Ford Fusion to Victory Lane in the second running of the Invitational in 2010 and then went on to win the Vermont Milk Bowl and the season ending race at the Waterford Speedbowl.

This year, the Polewarczyk Race Team is looking to recapture the magic at NHMS. The team currently sits in 6th place in the ACT Standings and being that this is not a points counting event, Joey will remain in that position but Polewarczyk’s goal at NHMS is to get his race program back on track.

“We have had our ups and downs this year on the ACT Tour. We started out great in Florida by winning the Goodyear Speedweeks Cup but there have not been many great things after that.” Joey would say, “We love the big track of NHMS, hopefully we can shine and defend the Invitational Title.”

Getting a win at NHMS would certainly set-up another stretch run for the driver of the #97 Poles Automotive, NH Precision Ford Fusion. “We ran great in the Labor Day Classic earlier in the Month at Thunder Road, so we are optimistic that we will have a solid Milk Bowl there as well”

Joey tries to once again hoist the heavy black granite Invitational trophy over his head on Saturday, September 24 at 5:30pm. Follow Joey and Team on Twitter at www.twitter.com/JoeyPoleRacing
