Bear Ridge Speedway’s 46th consecutive season
Season kicks off Saturday, May 4th
BRADFORD, VT –The track is prepped, the facility spruced up and the competitors revved up to get the green Saturday, May 4th after the annual Home Depot car show in West Lebanon, NH created a major buzz with over 100 vehicles in attendance.
Opening night for the 99Rock Weekly Racing Series could set the tone for the season for a few lucky competitors as double points will be on the line for all six divisions, making the action doubly exciting.
Will Adam Pierson come out of the box strong looking for his 4th consecutive Championship in the Bond Auto DIRTcar Sportsman Modifieds? Can anyone challenge Josh Harrington for the Wells River Sportsman Coupes Championship? The Laquerre’s Sports Limited Late Model title is up for grabs with Jordan Fornwalt, the 2012 Champion, moving up to the Sportsman Modifieds for 2013. Scott Holcomb looks to defend his USAC Dirt Midget title, but for the first time in his career is chauffeuring a mount owned by someone else.
Find out the answers to these questions and more as the 2013 season officially starts with the annual Bear Ridge Speedway Car Show at the Bradford Jiffy Mart in downtown Bradford, VT on Saturday, May 4th, beginning at 9:00am. Practice will begin at the speedway at 2:00pm, and the season’s first green flag will wave at “6:00-ish” on Saturday night. General admission is $10 for adults (age 18-61), $8 for teens (12-17) and seniors (62+), and $2 for children. Season passes are also available; Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
