It looks like we might actually have some good weather for Friday! Please find this week’s schedule attached for the Carmody Ford “Slate Valley 100” on Friday, June 14.
MODIFIEDS: As you likely have seen by now, you will be running Twin 25s this week to make up for some of the racing that has been lost by recent rain. The night will begin with heats and a semi like always, followed by a 25-lap feature. Then the entire field will be re-handicapped (not inverted) for the second 25-lap feature. These are two separate features with two separate sets of trophies and points for both the track and NASCAR points. We will have Twin 25s on June 21 as well, since they were already scheduled.
LATE MODELS and RENEGADES: Remember that you have this week off. We are working to reschedule some of the races lost by the rain in the last few weeks and will have announcements coming soon.
LATE MODELS: Please make sure whe you return on Friday, June 21 that all spotters have their car number on BOTH earcuffs of their headset in the spotter’s stand. Thank you.
MINI STOCKS: You will be running a regular event this week. Like the other divisions, we are working hard to reschedule some of the racing that you’ve lost from the rain.
