Championship showdown now set for Saturday, October 27

WINCHESTER, NH — Seventeen Granite State Pro Stock Series cars were prepared to determine the first JBH 100 winner before unfavorable conditions forced Monadnock Speedway management to postpone the event until Saturday, October 27.

The JBH 100, which has been unfortunately postponed four times since its original August 4th date, is held in memory of late Granite State Pro Stock Series co-founder John Hoyt, who unexpectedly passed away last year. The JBH 100 will be the final race in the 2012 Granite State Pro Stock Series season.

Bobby Cabral of East Kingston, NH carries a 14 point lead over Bobby Baillargeon of Kingston, NH into the championship event. Rich Eaton of Seabrook, NH sits third in the standings 28 points back of Cabral. Barry Gray of Belchertown, MA sits fourth, 30 points back of Cabral. Mike Parks of Walpole, NH sits fifth, 44 points behind the point leader.
