Jim Carr Jr. of Clifton got by early leader Doug Sinclair of Hermon on lap 18 of the 25 lap Sinclair Towing Service Pick-up Truck series feature at Speedway 95 as the pair ran side by side until Sinclair was forced to lift off the gas when they ran up on a slower truck to overlap him. Carr went on to post the win while Sinclair slowed over the final 7 laps with a slowly deflating left front tire caused by the rubbing of tires and sheet metal during the attempt to overlap the slower truck. Sinclair finished second with Jason Haskell of Levant coming in third. Fourth went to Mike Gilbert of Canaan with Jeff Overlock Jr. of Hermon in fifth after leading the first 8 laps.
Dustin Durrell of Newburgh won the Stars of Tomorrow Feature by leading all 15 laps from the pole. Dylan Street of Old Town stayed within striking distance of Durrell, but was unable to get close enough to make a challenge for the lead in the caution free event. Street finished second with Kyle Moore of Frankfort coming from the rear of the 9 car field to take third. Fourth went to William McCullough of Kenduskeag with Winterport’s Trey Brown finishing fifth.
Amy Houde of Howland won the Ladies feature, and was the only driver on the lead lap when the checkers fell. Rhonda Wilbur of Hermon finished second in a borrowed car after hers blew a head gasket in warm ups earlier in the evening. Erin Evans of Milo finished third with Clifton’s Nicole Smith in fourth.
Travis Beale of Hampden made it two in a row in the Little Enduros after leading all 20 laps of the feature race. Henry Boudreau of Winterport finished in second with Sam Betts of Brewer in third. Fourth went to pole sitter Rick Gomm of Dixmont. Dustin Lancaster of Milo was disqualified for causing a red to be thrown during the race by starting to get out of his car after spinning out in turn one while the race was still in progress.
Woody Davis of Glenburn won the Big Enduro feature in his second appearance of the season. Duane Dunifer of Carmel finished in second with Roger Smith of Clifton in third. Fourth went to pole sitter Shawn Racila of Dover-Foxcroft, who led early but faded in the closing laps.
