POST SEASON MEANS WORLD SERIES

THOMPSON, CT. Baseball and auto racing at Thompson International Speedway have one big thing in common. Both present an amazing post season event known as the World Series. In the case of the Thompson Speedway, it’s the 38th annual Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing presented by Town Fair Tire and XTRA/MART on the weekend of October 14th-16th.

Racing’s World Series at Thompson is a massive three-day racing spectacle that features 15 different divisions of race cars and trucks. Topping the bill will be the Super Modifieds of ISMA, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NEMA Midgets, Thompson’s ‘Super 6” NASCAR Whelen All-American Series divisions and many more.
