NAPLES ME – (12/14) Interest in the $75,000.00 to win Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South super late model showdown at historic North Wilkesboro Speedway has exceeded the series’ expectations . To date the mega-buck event has drawn entries from eleven states and three Canadian provinces.
2010 PASS South and National champion Preston Peltier leads the latest list of short track superstars that will attempt to take home the big bucks on April 9th. Randy Gentry, Quebec ace Patrick LaPerle, Legends Million winner Daniel Hemric and Arizona’;s Mark Shaffer have all filed paid entries; Jimmy Weller earned his breakthrough PASS South win in 2010;. STAFFORD SPEEDWAY COMPETITORS TAKE HOME $35,500 IN 2010 POST-SEASON AWARDS
(Stafford Springs, CT)—With the 2010 Stafford Motor Speedway NASCAR Racing
season in the history books, it is time once again for competitors to be
rewarded for their season-long efforts through the Stafford Motor Speedway
point fund and track contingency awards. At the end of each racing season,
Stafford Motor Speedway pays out 5% of its total purses for the year as a
point fund for the top-15 points finishers in each of its five weekly
divisions. The 2010 Stafford Motor Speedway point fund totaled in excess of
$19,000 with track champions Keith Rocco, Ryan Posocco, Matt Galko, Dan
Flannery, and Tony Membrino, Jr. taking home the lion’s share of their

STAFFORD SPEEDWAY CONTINGENCY PROGRAM PAYS OUT OVER $30,000 IN 2010 CONTINGENCY AWARDS
(Stafford Springs, CT)—During the 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series
season at Stafford Motor Speedway, drivers took home an extra $30,575 in
contingency bonuses. Of that total, $28,375 came from Stafford Motor
Speedway’s Contingency Program, while Reliable Welding and Speed’s
sponsorship of the track’s Rookie of the Year Program totaled another

CANADIAN THEETGE FILES FIRST ENTRY TO NEW SMYRNA ACT EVENT
Waterbury, VT – Two-time ACT Série Castrol Champion, Donald Theetge from Quebec City, Canada is the first to file an entry for the inaugural Goodyear Speedweek Cup event to be held at the New Smyrna Speedway (NSS) in Florida on Sunday, February 13th and Monday, February 14th as part of the World Series of Asphalt Short Track Racing.
The “World Series” will host the American Canadian Tour (ACT) for the first time in February of 2011. A field of between 26 and 30 teams are expected to make the migration to the warmer Florida climate from all over New England and the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. (more…)
