Derek Ramstrom: PASS North Series
Lee USA Speedway Race Report
Derek Ramstrom of West Boylston, Mass., finished 10th in the PASS North Series Bastille 200 at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, N.H., on Tuesday, July 13. Ramstrom started on the pole for the first time this season, and the part-time PASS competitor and reigning Super Late Model champion at Thompson (Conn.) International Speedway led the first five circuits before settling into the top-3 and riding out the early portion of the event. Ramstrom lost valuable track position on a pit stop — when lug nuts were left off his right rear tire — leaving him to scramble for his first top-10 finish of the season in four starts.

Lee USA Speedway Race Report
Trevor Sanborn of Parsonsfield, Maine, finished seventh in the PASS North Series Bastille 200 at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, N.H., on Tuesday, July 13. The finish was Sanborn’s fourth top-10 in six races this season and kept him third in the PASS North standings and in the championship hunt. Sanborn ran as high as fourth in the first half of the event, but ran into problems with the tire stagger on his No. 44 Richard Moody Racing Ford after pitting on lap 101. ACT Late Model Tour rookie Austin Theriault of Fort Kent, Maine, will attempt to qualify for the 37th annual TD Bank Oxford 250 on Sunday, July 18, at Oxford Plains Speedway in Oxford, Maine. This weekend marks Theriault’s first attempt at qualifying for the northeast’s marquee summer stock car racing event — in fact, the 16-year-old driver has never even been to the TD Bank Oxford 250 as a spectator. He has, however, enjoyed most of his ACT success at Oxford. He enters the weekend having finished 14th at Airborne Speedway last Saturday night — the highest finishing rookie in the ACT Spring Green 100.
