Race leader Cole Whitt ran off the course after contact with Ranger on Lap 52 of the 66-circuit event. Ranger assumed the lead and gradually drove away, beating Whitt to the checkered flag by 5.899 seconds.
Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Max Gresham and Brett Moffitt finished third and fourth, respectively. Points leader Ryan Truex finished fifth. He led eight laps before sliding off the course and through the dirt in Turn 1 on a Lap 45 restart and lost 11 spots.
