PASS Super Late Models Set For History Making Weekend At New Hampshire Motor Speedway

By Kenny U-Pull from across the United States and Canada are busily preparing for their Independence Day weekend debut at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon coming up this Saturday and Sunday. The AIM 60 will be the first time North America’s longest running Super Late Model series has ever competed on a 1-mile oval and they will be joined by the North East Mini Stock Tour (NEMST) and an open race for the Sportsman/Limited Late Models. And, if that was not enough, Sunday’s event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway will be the third race of the PASS National Championship Series, attracting many top PASS racers from the Southeast to the Granite State, including Tate Fogleman and Spencer Davis.

Respect a Common Courtesy on North East Street Stock Tour

NESST LogoNORTH STONINGTON, CT – After completing two championship events in the inaugural season, the North East Street Stock Tour has seen hard racing at the front of the pack, but with a high level of respect as well.

Chris “Moose” Douton picked up the victory at Seekonk Speedway (MA), after John Hanafin’s exciting blast through the field came up short, due to a mechanical failure. Douton’s win did not go uncontested though, as Joe Arena filled Douton’s rear-view mirror in the closing laps.

Griffith Setting A Record In Weekend Victory

Griffith in VL at Star 2015(Epping, NH) – Derek Griffith, the 18 year-old Hudson, NH native picked up another victory in Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) competition this past weekend at Star Speedway and set a series record in the process.

Griffith became the first driver to win three races in a single season on the fledgling series. Derek led all 100 laps, en route to his second consecutive victory and third in the last four GSPSS races.

SALEM, IN, June 29 – Racing returns to Salem Speedway Fueled by the Hoosier Lottery on Saturday, July 4th, as the Firecracker 200 presented by the Scott County Visitors Commission continues a holiday tradition on the famed southern Indiana high banks.

The 26th annual Lucas Oil Great American Stock classic, paying $5,000 to win, also includes the Freedom 50 for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Pure Stocks and the Independence 50 for the Portland Recycling Front Wheel Drive Stocks.

Griffith Becomes Sixth Different Winner at Star Speedway

fasrnxcEPPING, NH – Derek Griffith fended off two late restarts to, and a hard charge by Mike Parks, to pick up his third victory of the season, in the Star 100 at Star Speedway.

Griffith shot out to the lead early, with Matt Frahm in tow. Frahm seemed to be the only car that could give Griffith a run for his money early, but his Alphacon/Lambert Roofing automobile shut down on lap 45, forcing the Hampstead, NH driver to retire from the race.
