SAM BETTS WINS 95 WACKY WEDNESDAY OPENER

sdtdgdfgdfSam Betts of Bradley bested a field of 30 cars to win the season opener in the Wacky Wednesday RoadRunner division Wednesday night at Speedway 95. Betts took the lead from Patrick Cook of Brooks on the 13th lap of the 20 lap feature that had been stopped 3 times by the red flag in the first 9 laps. Mitchell Hodgins of Brewer outduelled Nathan White of Veazie to take the second spot while White ended up third. Fourth spot went to Anthony Miles of Winterport with Adam Cossette of Eddington finishing fifth. Three qualifying races were run prior to the feature, and they were won by Patrick Cook of Brooks, Nathan White of Veazie and Dustin Durrell of Newburgh.

Jeff Malave Set For Return to Stafford Speedway’s SK Modified® Division

srdvxdrsd(Stafford Springs, CT)—In what is already regarded as one of the best fields of short track racers in the entire country, Stafford Speedway’s SK Modified® division will welcome a former feature winner back to its ranks this Friday night when Jeff Malave makes his 2015 season debut behind the wheel of his #23 Soundwood Builders Chevy. Malave won 7 SK Modified® features between the 1999-2009 seasons and during that time he posted seven top-10 finishes in the points standings. Although Malave has made a few starts in the Valenti Modified Racing Series, he is excited about making his first SK Modified® start at Stafford since midway through the 2011 season.

SK Modified® Feature Winner to Take Home Over $2,000 This Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway

fasrsdfsdf(Stafford Springs, CT)—Thanks to its Xtra D program, Xtra Mart Convenience Stores will contribute $3,750 in bonus money to Stafford Speedway drivers during the 2015 season. This Friday night, June 19, will be the track’s premier SK Modified® division’s turn to take home their piece of the Xtra Mart pie. The SK Modified® top-5 finishers will each receive a $300 bonus from Xtra Mart, meaning the feature winner will take home over $2,000 in purse and contingency bonuses while the 2nd through 5th place finishers will go home with $700 or more.

McClatchie Wins Wild Renegade 100 at Airborne Park Speedway
