RCR teams boast a 16.7 average starting position, an average finishing position of 15.8 and have completed 68,486 of the 73,183 contested laps (93.6 percent) at the paperclip-shaped race track. Richard Childress, a former driver in NASCAR’s top division, contributed four of those top-10 finishes from 1976-1978.

Speedway produced some great racing with a nice crowd enjoying both the
top-notch action and some fantastic weather to go along with it.
For the second week in a row, 19 Sportsman cars signed in to do battle on the
high banks including most of the ones that had been damaged in last week’s big
wreck that claimed over half the field.
Kevin Harvick finished second in the Auto Club 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Auto Club Speedway on Sunday in Fontana, California, extending his streak of consecutive top-two finishes in the five-race-old 2015 season to five.
The driver of the No. 4 Jimmy John’s/Budweiser Chevrolet SS for Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) continued his “freaky fast” ways as he started from the second position and led three times for 34 laps en route to his series-high fifth top-five finish of the season.
Waterbury, VT – The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) will compete in three 150-lap events on three completely different tracks in all three northern New England states to open the 2015 season. The New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150, set for Sunday, April 12, is the traditional opening event for ACT teams held yearly at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, NH. Teams will then travel to Oxford Plains Speedway (OPS) in Oxford, ME a week later, followed by their annual visit to Thunder Road International Speedbowl in Barre, VT.
