(February 25, 2015) — Following an extremely successful inaugural event last year, Rob Fuller Motorsports (RFM) is again hosting a Race Season Kick-Off Party to benefit 15-40 Connection. The event will take place at the Thompson Clubhouse at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on March 7, 2015.
(Stafford Springs, CT)—The NAPA Auto Parts SK 5K returns to Stafford Motor Speedway Friday July 10th and the fans will once again play a direct role in determining the format of the event. With over $30,000 in prize money awarded and one of the most exciting races ever witnessed at the half-mile, last year’s NAPA SK 5K was one for the history books. The fans, through fan voting at staffordspeedway.com, selected a 100-lap race format with heads-up starting that saw Pennsylvania native and Whelen Modified Tour regular Rowan Pennink prevail. The event saw over 25 lead changes and countless laps of side by side racing.

Gambacorta, of Ellington, has won races and championships in Stafford Speedway’s DARE Stock and Limited Late Model divisions, but he is still in search of his first victory in the Late Model ranks. As Gambacorta prepares for what will be his fourth full season of Late Model competition, he feels like he is primed to collect that first victory.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Motor Speedway has announced that John and Andrea Driscoll of DMS Racing Photos have renewed their participation in the track’s Contingency Program for the 2015 season. DMS Racing Photos will provide a weekly $75 bonus to the second place finisher from each Limited Late Model feature during the 2015 season.
