(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway’s Contingency Program was implemented prior to the start of the 1999 season and with the program now in its 17th year of existence, it has grown to the point where there is over $44,000 in contingency bonuses up for grabs to Stafford drivers in 2015.
“We’re very grateful to our contingency partners for making our program possible,” said Mark Arute, Stafford COO/GM. “Over the last 17 years it has grown by leaps and bounds. When we first started the program, the goal was to offer bonus money to help our competitors offset some of their costs. Now there is bonus money available to all the weekly divisions through several different programs that pay out contingency bonuses. Our weekly race partners have a rookie bonus program that we feel is second to none, and we have several unique programs like the XtraMart Xtra D and CBYD 811 Challenge.”
