Canaan, NH. – With last weeks warm weather creating race fever throughout
the region, race fans and competitors alike are ready for a brand new season
of modified stock car racing. The New England based Valenti Modified
Racing Series, with over 70 race teams registered to compete this year,
is ready for it’s ninth season.
The 2012 opener takes place at Waterford Speedbowl, Waterford, CT.,
Saturday and Sunday, Oct 31, & April 1. The annual “Budweiser Blastoff”

his 3rd installment in our online documentary series on the Waterford Speedbowl focuses on the late 1960’s to the mid-1970’s, at which point the original membership group decide to sell the track after 24 years of operation. (Waterford, CT) – Retired race driver Jerry Marquis of Broad Brook, Connecticut., dusted off his racing helmet Saturday night and won the 100-lap Valenti Modified Racing Series feature at Waterford, (CT) Speedbowl. The win came on a night when the track presented the fourth annual “Wings & Wheels” program

Jeremy Frankoski Taking Recent Efforts In Stride; Looking Forward To Waterford
HUNTERSVILLE, North Carolina (August 12, 2011) – – Former USAC Ford Focus champion Jeremy Frankoski has endured his ups and downs throughout the 2011 racing season. However, any driver knows that despite the bumps along the way, you can never give up and just have to keep fighting.
