Winchester, NH – August 14, 2010 – The RF Logic / Bot-L Gas Pro Four Modifieds hit Manadnock Speedway for the third of four events to be held there this season. Fifteen cars took the green in the qualifying rounds, but as Frank Perry had mechanical difficulties in his heat, only Fourteen started the feature race.

Peter Falconi will be calling the NEMA Midgets and ISMA Supermodified announcer Bobby G will be calling the racing action from flag to flag, as well as, providing post race victory lane celebrations. 78 ACT TEAMS HEAD FOR NHMS TEST & TUNE
Waterbury, VT – The American Canadian Tour (ACT) has confirmation from seventy eight (78) Late Model teams that are scheduled to test and tune at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) Tuesday, August 17 and Wednesday, August 18 in hopes of getting an invitation back for the second annual ACT Invitational to be held September 18, 2010.
The test and tune session will have representatives from all six New England states, New York State and the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Ontario. Leading the count will be teams from Thunder Road and the US ACT in Vermont with 20; Maine, with a strong Oxford Plains Speedway contingent, is not far behind with 16 teams; New Hampshire will have 13 teams representing White Mountain Motorsports Park, Lee USA Speedway and Twin State Speedway; Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island will send 12 teams with ACT affiliate tracks Waterford Speedbowl and Seekonk Speedway represented; the Quebec ACT Castrol Serie will send 10 of its stars to the test and tune from tracks in the Montreal and Quebec City regions; veteran Mark Lamberton will represent New York State; and Ontario, with representation from Kawartha Speedway and Capital City in Ottawa, will send 5 teams to the session.

Sprint Cars Visit Big Daddy’s Speedbowl
The newly rebuilt, 50 year old dirt racing facility in Wentworth, NH returned to its traditional Saturday night racing this week. The first night of Saturday racing was well received by race teams and fans as evidenced by a solid car count and a great fan turnout.
The SCoNE Sprint Cars made their fourth appearance of the season this week sharing the race card with the 5 regular stock car divisions. Dan Boune’s track crew did their magic preparing a fast and smooth surface for the racers.

Mark Brown and Leon Dugan Have the Golden Touch at Big Daddy’s
To punctuate the move from Sunday to Saturday racing at Big Daddy’s Speedbowl, Leon Dugan pulled off a hat trick, finishing first in the Bandit and the Mini-Stock divisions as well as the 50-lap Enduro. Mark Brown won a great Super Street main event, his first of the season. Al Crossman Trucking of Wentworth, NH was the evening’s title sponsor, with sponsorship from Central Metals for the extra payoff for the Mike’s Automotive Outlaw Late Models. The Enduro trophies were sponsored by the Heath Family.
Dugan ran the same #71 car in both the Camaro Heaven Bandit and OE Parts Direct features and came away with both first-place trophies. In the Bandit class, Marcus Jenness (19) was second and Alicia Smith (88) third. In the Mini-Stocks it was Josh Sunn (11) and Brandon LeMere (1) rounding out the top 3. Josh Sunn pulled off a neat trick of his own, winning second place in both the Mini-Stocks and the Modifieds.
