The south entrance New Hampshire Motor Speedway will begin to take on a new look once the snow melts. Speedway officials announced plans to break ground there for the future home of the 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art North East Motor Sports Museum. The museum will be built in two phases. The first 10,000 square feet will begin in the spring of 2015, while an additional 10,000 square feet will be added at a later date. New Hampshire Motor Speedway will be celebrating a quarter century of racing in 2015. Tracing its roots back to the original 1/5-mile dirt oval at Bryar Motorsports Park, the more modernized 1.058-mile oval and 1.6-mile road course of today gives the affectionately known Magic Mile its own rich history of racing that makes it the perfect locale for such a project.

Eddie MacDonald wanted a fourth victory in the six events held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in the Bond ACT Invitational but a skipping engine throughout the race produced a third place finish in the 43 car field that was halted at lap 44 due to darkness. The problem is nothing new to the team and despite their best efforts to solve the problem at the shop and on the dyno, the gremlin persisted.

EAST MONTPELIER, Vt. – In her third trip to the American Canadian Tour Bond Auto Parts Invitational it was the 17 year old Vermont native, Emily Packard, that was leading them to the line as she started from on the outside pole in her 9x Northstar Fireworks/Packard Fuels car at the “Magic Mile”.

The starting field for the 6th annual Bond Auto ACT Invitational at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) on Saturday, September 20, 2014 has been set. The sixth edition of the event will have the American Canadian Tour (ACT) introducing fans to a promising future for regional Late Model short track stock car racing. Veteran champions and former NHMS winners Eddie MacDonald, Rowley, MA; Joey Polewarczyk, Jr. (Pole), Hudson, NH; Ray Parent, Tiverton, RI; and Brian Hoar, Williston, VT have all won events at the “Magic Mile”. This year there are lots of young emerging stars who will challenge the veterans.
