Hudson NH – Ron Lord Jr. won the final Outlaw Sportsman feature of the 2010 racing season on Oct.10 at Hudson International Speedway. Lord was the pole sitter and led from green to checker but it wasn’t an easy win for Lord as he had to fight off the divisions top guns on restart after restart early in the going as there was a bad case of yellow fever in the first half of the race. All the racers settled down by the halfway point and things went green until the end. Sandy Lee was right on Lords bumper the entire race but wasn’t able to make anything happen and came home second. Geoff Rollins finished third followed by Kevin Kephardt, Tom “the Bear Hunter” Tombarello, Pete Fiandaca, Shaun Waites, Matt Robinson, Ronnie Robinson and Pete Jarek. Lord and Lee won the heats.

Hudson NH – Dick Dubois won the battle but Keith Caruso won the war in the V-6 Modified Division’s season ending race at Hudson International Speedway on Sunday afternoon October 3rd. Caruso won the season long points Championship for the second season in a row. Caruso had a large cushion over second place pointsman Eric Vilandre and just needed to start the feature race to clinch his second consecutive V-6 Mod title.
Vilandre had a much smaller lead over third place pointsman Chris Keubler and needed to borrow a few cars but hung on to second in points by days end. Vilandre’s engine blew up the last time the V-6 Mods raced and borrowed a ride for the last day of racing but that car had axle issues during pace laps before the start of the heat so Vilandre borrowed another car for the feature, this time from Walter Boucher who had just won the heat. Vilandre had more mechanical issues in Boucher’s car when he got loose off turn two, slid through the infield and messed up the transmission ending his day but with enough points to keep Kuebler behind him.

Hudson, NH – With a dominating racecar Jay Maki won his first career Outlaw Sportsman win at Hudson International Speedway on Sunday afternoon September 26th. Fourth through tenth were Mitch Wendell, Geoff Rollins, Pete “The Travelin’ Man” Fiandaca, Bobby Allen, Ricky Bobby, Keith Dynamite and Tim Casey. John Morin Jr. won his division leading fifth feature of the 2010 season in the Rookie Stocks. Morin Jr. had the race in hand from early on in the caution-free race. Slika Ennis had his race car “Gertrude” hooked up and running fast and got up to second early on but couldn’t gain ground on Morin Jr. and finished second. Roland Laplante continued his late season surge with his third podium finish in the last three races with a third place finish. Dan Murphy Jr. was all over Leplante the entire race but couldn’t make a pass and settled for fourth. Corrie Merritt dirt-tracked his way to a fifth place finish.
