(North Woodstock, NH) – No driver on the Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) has ever had a season like 18 year-old, Hudson, NH native Derek Griffith is having.
Griffith has amassed an incredible four victories in the first eight races, he latest coming this past Saturday night at White Mountain Motorsports Park in the ‘WMMP 100’.
At White Mountain Motorsports Park this past weekend, the MOM’s of Manchester/FEP Insurance No. 12 that Derek pilots was extremely fast, right off the trailer. “I keep on saying this after every win and it holds true for every race, my Crew Chief [Louie Mechalides] gives me a car that I feel can win anywhere. We are just so focused right now, I can’t even really describe it” says Derek. (more…)

NORTH WOODSTOCK, NH – Derek Griffith becomes the only driver to win four races in one season, after the Hudson, NH driver picked up the victory at White Mountain Motorsports Park.
Dillon Moltz jumped ahead of the field on the drop of the green flag until lap 11, when Mike Parks caught the berm of the new pavement, screeching to a halt before touching the front stretch wall. Moltz would see Griffith alongside his door on the restart, but won the battle, retaining the lead. Griffith stayed within striking distance, and took the lead on lap 44.
After an incident involving Barry Gray and Nick Sweet on lap 57, Griffith would engage in battle with Moltz on the restart once more. Griffith would win the battle, and put on a blistering pace to capture the win.

Quiet Dominance: Jeremy Davis Cruises to Victory in Seacoast 100
LEE, NH – Jeremy Davis took the lead on lap 18, and never looked back, on route to a dominant performance in the Granite State Pro Stock Series at Lee USA Speedway (NH), in the Seacoast 100.
The Tamworth, NH driver started sixth on the grid, and took little time to work his way into the top three. Davis shot to the outside of Derek Griffith on lap 17, and was the leader at the stripe. Davis would hold off Griffith on four different restarts, before taking off on a 60-lap green flag run, putting a full lap between himself and all but the top six drivers.

LEE, NH – The Granite State Pro Stock Series will return to Lee USA Speedway (NH), on July 24, for the Seacoast 100.
The Seacoast 100 will be the seventh race of the Granite State Pro Stock Series’ (GSPSS) season, and marks the second time running at the Lee, NH 3/8-mile facility.
Point-leader Derek Griffith is excited to return to the track where he picked up his first pro stock win. Griffith won the Pro Stock version of the season-ending Oktoberfest at Lee USA Speedway in 2012.

DENVER, Colo. (July 14, 2015) – The highlight that probably stands out most for Martin Truex Jr. at New Hampshire Motor Speedway took place when he was more than 350 miles from the New England facility.
It was back in 1994 at his home in Mayetta, N.J. when the 15-year-old Truex watched his father – Martin Truex Sr. – win the Busch North Series race at New Hampshire on The Nashville Network.

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (July 14, 2015) – As Danica Patrick and the No. 10 GoDaddy Chevrolet SS team for Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) look to get their season back on solid footing, there’s no better place to make that happen than this weekend’s New Hampshire 301 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race in the “Granite State” at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Patrick’s 2015 season got off to a solid start with two top-10s and five top-20 finishes in the first eight races of the season, but in recent weeks sub-par finishes have been out of her control. And after three-straight weeks where accidents have knocked her out of contention for a solid finish, Patrick has dropped to 22nd in the Sprint Cup driver point standings.
