LOUDON, N.H. (July 11, 2011) -The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers may not hit the track until Friday, but Thursday the off-track action at New Hampshire Motor Speedway is jam-packed with excitement.
At 10:30 a.m., the new state-of-the-art Panasonic scoreboard will be unveiled for the first time with three 32-foot-by-18-foot Panasonic TV screens. The screens provide an impressive view of all the race action and instant replays. Below the video boards will be a scrolling leaderboard with color graphics that gives fans running positions and lap times for all 43 drivers, along with interesting race statistics and event information. PASS North:Sommerville Breaks through at the Ridge
New Brunswick racer claims his first PASS super late model victory
Scarborough ME (7/9) Lonnie Sommerville took the lead for good on lap 116 of Saturday night’s Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Southern Maine Motors.com 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway and drove away from the field to put an exclamation point on his first PASS race win.
Sommerville beat the best of the best. Johnny Clark ran second, Matt Frahm’s third place marked his career best PASS finish and Joey Doiron rallied to come home fourth. (more…)

During the practice sessions in preparation for the Heat Races to determine the qualifying order for the ‘Twin State 100’ Joey was very happy with the performance of the Poles Automotive, NH Precision Ford Fusion, Joey would say, “We have a great car and hopefully we draw a good starting spot in the Heat Race”. Lonnie Sommerville: PASS North Series

SCARBOROUGH, Maine – Lonnie Sommerville of Saint John, New Brunswick, won the PASS North Series Southern Maine Motors.com 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough, Maine, on Saturday, July 9. The win was Sommerville’s first career victory in the series, and came after he led on two occasions for a total of 35 laps – including the final 34. Sommerville started third after winning his heat race and never dropped out of the Top-5. He used lapped traffic to make the winning move on Lap 117.
