BRADFORD, VT – It took four hours from the time practice was supposed to start for the first green to wave on a features only night due to the rain on the annual Bradford Bull Dogs Benefit night sponsored by Swenson Insurance Co. As always when it comes to getting in the show, if you come, you can rest assured promoter C.V. Butch Elms will do everything in his power to get it done, and this time when the rainbow came out the infamous “Bear Ridge Speedway Jet Dryer” was cut down and track drying began. Because of time constraints a features only format was put in place and at 9:00 pm the first feature of the night hit the track with conditions being fast and smooth for some of the best racing seen a the Ridge in 2015.

The Sprint Cars of New England made their way around the ¼ mile clay oval in fine fashion, with a new winner beating out the veterans. Butch Valley Jr was able to capitalize on his front row starting position and hold off the hard fought challenges of Dan Douville and last visits feature winner Scott Holcomb. Both crossed the line behind Valley in that order.
