Shaw Posts Top-10 At Dover; Concludes Season With Sixth Place Finish In Points
Dover, DE (September 25, 2010): DJ Shaw recovered from a late-race spin to finish the Sunoco 150 at Dover International Speedway in tenth. Shaw led 13 laps of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East season finale and was a solid contender in the top-five after an early race pit strategy paid big dividends. The finish was enough to move the 20-year-old driver from ninth to sixth in the points.
“Finishing sixth is a success for us. We wanted a top-five in the points and we would have been pretty close to it if I had not gotten spun out,” said Shaw. “But overall, it’s a good end to the season.”

Fadden Racing Concludes 2010 Season With 21st Place Finish
Dover, DE (September 25, 2010): Steve Park posted a 21st place finish after a late race accident took him out of the Sunoco 150 at Dover International Speedway 11 laps before its conclusion. Park was behind the wheel of the No. 54 VanDyk Baler Corp./Bollegraaf Chevrolet, a car owned by NDS Motorsports and prepared and crewed by Fadden Racing.
“We struggled all weekend – the car was really free,” said Fadden Racing team owner Mike Olsen. “Harry (Norcross) and the guys changed everything on it trying to get it better. We did accomplish that a little bit for the race, but we had to fine tune on it. Steve did a really good job with the car and probably could’ve finished in the top-15.”

drivers recently won their 50th career feature event at Stafford after

standings for most of the 2010 season, Bobby Santos, III heads to Stafford
with a 7-point advantage over 7-time series champion Mike Stefanik.
Stefanik has cut almost 80 points off of Santos’ point lead over the past
several tour events, but Santos says he and his team feel confident at the
top of the standings heading into Stafford’s 38th Annual CARQUEST Fall Final

Daisy Dalton Earns Miss Milk Bowl 2010
Berlin, VT – Harvest Hills Farm’s Daisy Dalton, an eight year old registered Ayreshire, has been selected as Miss Milk Bowl 2010. The Vermont beauty will be at the 48th Annual People’s United Bank Milk Bowl at Thunder Road on Sunday, October 3 to deliver the victory kiss to one lucky driver.
Daisy, who comes from Scottish background, adds the Miss Milk Bowl title to her “Queen of 2010 Enosburg Dairy Festival” and “Political Puller” at the 2010 Annual Barre Farm Show crowns. Derek Ramstrom of West Boylston, Mass., attempts to win his second consecutive Super Late Model championship at Thompson International Speedway in Thompson, Conn., with the final points race of the season at the track on Sunday, September 26. Qualifying for the 30-lap NASCAR Whelen All-American Series event begins at 4 p.m. Ramstrom has six feature wins this season at the track and leads both Larry Gelinas and Mike O’Sullivan by two points atop the standings. Last year, Ramstrom won the track championship and became the youngest champion in track history.

Austin Theriault: Maine Racing Alliance
Spud 150 Race Preview
Austin Theriault of Fort Kent, Maine, returns home this weekend to the track where it all started for him as he competes in the Maine Racing Alliance’s Spud 150 at Spud Speedway in Caribou, Maine, on Saturday, September 25. Theriault, 16, gained regional attention for the first time in this race last year — winning the first Late Model race of his career on the track where he began racing in a 4-cylinder entry-level division. The race will be divided into two segments with a “halftime” break and a field inversion. Theriault is currently the Rookie of the Year leader on the ACT Late Model Tour, where he competes full-time and sits eighth in the overall standings with one race remaining. The Maine Racing Alliance is a 3-race Late Model series held at Speedway 95, Wiscasset Raceway and Spud Speedway. This is Theriault’s first Maine Racing Alliance event of the season.

Year honors. Bonsignore comes to Stafford leading Pallai 116-112 in the

Donny Lia Looks to Let it Ride at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
(Huntington, NY) The bright lights and fast past action of the Las Vegas strip adds the speed and roar of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this weekend. Donny Lia and Stringer Motorsports, fresh off a 12th place finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, are ready to hit it big at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
“It’s Vegas! It’s such a fun place to go to for so many reasons,” says Lia. “Who doesn’t like the bright lights and excitement of Las Vegas? It’s also a very exciting race track.
