Round two for the Granite State Pro Stock Series took place at The Lee USA Speedway as the Lee NH oval held its first annual May Madness last weekend. The Saturday portion of the show saw time trials and heat races as the twenty teams in attendance locked themselves into the show.
Stop two for the Granite State Pro Stock Series will take place at The Lee USA Speedway in Lee NH on May 18 and 19. This will be one of three visits to the shoreline oval with the others happening Fourth of July weekend and the traditional Oktoberfest weekend.
Walpole NH – In a joint announcement today the Granite State Pro Stock Series and the New Hampshire Short Track Racing Association will present the NHSTRA back of the pack challenge. What this will be is for what ever driver sets fast time in the Crazy Horse Race for the pole will have a option to start last. If the driver excepts the Challenge he will be rewarded with a extra $1000.00 if he wins the main event. GSPSS President Mike Parks stated “this is just a little something to add some more excitement to our program for the fans, We will get the driver on the PA try to get them in front of the crowd to get them more involved with the process and put the driver on the spot! Drivers have a little ego so when there in front of the crowd and we all know the crowd will want them to take the challenge we will see how big that ego is!” The GSPSS gets there season under way this Friday May 3rd at the Claremont Motorsports Park. The regions best pro stock drivers will piloting their machines around the 3/8 mile surface of Lee USA Speedway in Lee, NH this Sunday, October 7th for the second and final time of the 2018 season. The GSPSS presented by Springfield Buick GMC will be headlining the final day of Oktoberfest with a 100 lap feature paired with the MRS Modified series Twin 50’s. (more…)
PASS North Back On Track This Weekend At Lee USA Speedway
NAPLES, ME (August 1) – In one of their last opportunities to compete prior to the 45th Annual Oxford 250, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Models will be back on track this Friday night at Lee USA Speedway in New Hampshire. Coming in to this weekend’s action, the battle for New England’s most prestigious short track championship continues to be a hot one. Two Granite State drivers, Center Conway’s DJ Shaw and Hudson’s Derek Griffith, continue to lead the standings following last weekend’s “Prelude To The Oxford 250” at Oxford Plains Speedway. (more…)
Squegila Wins Seacoast 100 At Lee USA Speedway
