GUILDFORDS ‘LITTLE GUYS 100’ EXPECTED TO ATTRACT TOP DRIVERS
FROM NB, PEI AND NS THIS SUNDAY AT CFS
(Shediac, N.B.) — The Centre for Speed (CFS), Atlantic Canada’s Super Speedway and “Metro Moncton’s Playground of Power” is set to host the Guildford’s Little Guys 100 along with regular Southeast Challenge Series stock car racing in the Sportsman and Streetstock divisions on Sunday, August
9th at 2:00 p.m. as part of the CENTRE’s Covered Bridge Potato Chips Fan Appreciation event.
The Guidford’s Little Guys 100 will feature top Mini Stock and Four Fun division drivers from most Maritime stock car tracks competing in the region’s longest event of the 2009 season. Meanwhile, Sportsman and Streetstock drivers from southeastern NB will continue their chase for their individual 2009 Southeast Challenge Series championships.
Special events and prize giveaways will also be part of Sunday’s event as part of the CENTRE’s Covered Bridge Potato Chips Fan Appreciation event. Admission for Sunday’s event will be $12 for adults and $5 for children 5 to 15 years of age. Pit gates will open at 10:30 a.m. while front gates will open at 1 p.m.

TRAVEL NOTE: Due to bridge construction on Route #133, all CFS traffic must use Exit #43 (Grand Barachois) off Highway #15 until further notice. From this exit, traffic must turn left onto Route #133, at Gaudet Supermarket, and travel 2 km to the CENTRE.
