Unity, ME – Tim Ferreira of Unity made it two straight wins in the Late Model class, topping the card Saturday night at Unity Raceway. Ferreira made an aggressive, last-lap move pay off at the expense of Frank Moulton of Burnham. Moulton, the reigning track champion, recovered to finish second, with Jefferson’s Mike Hodgkins third.

Waterville’s Ricky Burgess picked up his first victory of the year in Racin’ Paper Super Street competition. Burgess first survived the challenges of point leader Nate Weston of Madison before holding off Winslow’s Bard Bellows in the closing laps.

Andy Turbovsky of Winslow prevailed in the Keystone Automotive Wildcat division. Turbovsky and reigning division champion Carl McAlpine of Burnham drove from the back of the pack to race for the win after getting by early leader Chris King of Burnham. King claimed third-place hardware.

Steve Rackliff of Starks outgunned Augusta’s Corey Walker for the victory in the Uncle Henry’s Late Model Pro 4 main event. Skowhegan rookie Mike Mason was the third-place finisher.

Tim Collins of Farmingdale inherited the lead when Mike Wilson, Reggie Bickford and Lance Chapman crashed wile up front in the Monsta Energy Drink Monsta Mini feature. Gregg Cummings of Augusta was the best of the rest, followed by John Fortin of Vassalboro.

Zach Audt of New Sharon got by rookie Brad Bosworth and held on to win the Aable Auto Parts Flyin 4 feature race. Bosworth then survived a tough challenge from point leader Justin Moore of Madison to earn runner-up honors.

Chelsea Young of Winterport continued her hot streak in the Waterville Oaks Ladies class, outrunning Cornville’s Shelby Kimball to the checkered flag. Alica Goodwin of Clinton got the third-place trophy.

Cole Robinson streaked to victory in the Geo & Sons Teen Thunder class. Burnham’s Emily McAlpine was the runner-up, in front of Matt Kimball of Cornville.

Chris Burbelo of Frankfort topped the Enduro competition, with Benton’s Alex Fernald and Bill Winters of Sidney following.

Keith Fuller bested Bob Hills at the front of the Vintage Modified field.
