Drag racing, jet dragsters and the name Al Hanna all seem to go together so well. Hanna and his “Queen of Diamonds II” 300 MPH Jet Dragster will prove to be a popular attraction at the three day Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports 2015 Presented by Sunoco Race Fuels Distributed by Insinger Performance Race Car and Trade Show set to take place at the huge Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA, January 23-25, 2015.
“We are working to make drag racing a bigger part of PPB Motorsports 2015,” said show promoter Len Sammons. “There are a lot of drag racing fans and competitors in the market area of our show and there are some great drag racing facilities such as Atco, NJ Raceway, Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, Pa, Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ and others. “

2015 Oxford 250 Entry Forms, PASS Registrations Now Available Online
NAPLES, ME (December 10) – Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials have announced that entry forms for the 42nd Annual Oxford 250 at Oxford Plains Speedway are now available online at ProAllStarsSeries.com. The 42nd Annual Oxford 250 is slated for August 28-30, 2015 and will once again continue its distinction as the richest single day motorsports event in the world with over $25,000 going to the winner of the PASS Super Late Model race.

Manchester, NH – A full house of racers, crews, officials, and fans from the Lee USA Speedway gathered at the Executive Court to wine, dine, and celebrate the annual Banquet of Champions honoring their achievements for the 2014 season at New Hampshire’s Center of Speed.
A year after being awarded Rookie of the Year in the Supermodified division, Jake Stergios of Candia spent the evening at the head table and took home the hardware commemorating his first career championship title in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, EKeys 4cars-sponsored division.
Defending and three-time champ Tommy Tombarello, Jr. of Haverhill, MA took home second place honors for his 2014 campaign aboard the Witkum Brothers Racing entry, with Sparky MacIver of Sandown and rookies Lance Barthelemy of Fremont and Kyle Sawyer of Kingston rounding out the top five.

16-year old Reid Lanpher of Manchester has wrapped up his 2014 racing season. The Maranacook High School Junior recently attended his first NASCAR Whelen All American Series banquet where he was honored as Rookie of The Year and for his 2nd place finish in points for the Pro-Division.

DONNY LIA AND MARK SYPHER TEAM UP FOR
2015 NASCAR WHELEN MODIFIED TOUR
Lia To Drive No. 8 TCS Racing Chevrolet
LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (December 5, 2014) – Donny Lia and Mark Sypher have joined forces to run the 2015 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) in the No. 8 Chevrolet.
Lia, the 2007 and 2009 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion, is looking forward to this new opportunity. In late October, it was announced that the two-time champion would be parting ways with Mystic Missile Racing, which he had raced for since 2007.
“I’m really excited about this new challenge,” said Lia. “I want to thank Mark for his interest in partnering with me and for the opportunity to drive his cars. We’re really creating a new team from the ground up and it’s exciting to have this fresh start.”
