CHARLOTTE, NC (July 22) – After a well deserved break from the heat, Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Super Late Model and Pro Late Model competitors will hit the track once again this Saturday night at Caraway Speedway. This weekend’s action at Caraway Speedway will also serve as PASS Fan Appreciation. To celebrate 10 years of PASS racing in the Southeast, PASS fans will be honored with a $20 car load special or a $10 general admission ticket for those fans who might be traveling to the races solo.

Waterbury, VT – The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) resumes its 2015 championship chase this Saturday, July 25 at Oxford, ME’s Oxford Plains Speedway. The Oxford Plains 150 is the eighth on the ACT Tour’s 13-race schedule and their second visit of the season to the 3/8-mile oval. The event was previously scheduled for June 27 before being postponed.
The second half of the year will see the continued championship battle between New Hampshire veterans Wayne Helliwell Jr. and Joey Polewarczyk Jr. Two-time ACT Tour Champion Wayne Helliwell Jr. holds a 17-point lead over defending Champion “Joey Pole” with each driver recording three wins to date.

Taking down feature victories were on the night were Ryan Preece in the SK Modified® feature, Michael Bennett in the Late Model feature, Stephen Kopcik in the SK Light feature, Al Saunders in the Ltd. Late Model feature, Marcello Rufrano in the DARE Stock feature, and Dana DiMatteo in the Legend Cars feature.

Canaan, NH. — The Valenti Modified Racing Series returns to the State of Vermont for the first time in five years, Friday night, July 24, when the series competes for the first time at Fair Haven’s famed Devil’s Bowl Speedway. The series last race in the Green Mountain State was May 2010, at Barre’s Thunder Road Speedbowl.
Friday’s race marks the halfway point of the season with Stafford Springs, CT, hot-shoe Woody Pitkat, riding a 34 point lead into Vermont over second place driver, Todd Patnode, of Richmond, NH, entering the Newport Chevrolet ‘100.’

WEST HAVEN, VT – History will be made at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Friday night, July 24, with the Newport Chevrolet-Buick-GMC 100 – the track’s inaugural event for the Valenti Modified Racing Series (VMRS). The low-slung, high-horsepower, open-wheel VMRS Modifieds will make their debut on the Rutland County half-mile oval as the headline event, in addition to four divisions from the weekly NASCAR Whelen All-American Series presented by Yandow Sales & Service and John Deere.
