Another First Time Winner In NEMST Competition

The North East Mini Stock Tour made its return to Lee USA Speedway memorable as another first time winner carried the checkers around the 3/8 mile oval. 16 Cars rolled through the gates in hopes of prevailing amongst the best mini stock drivers in the region. This action packed Tuesday night event was held in conjunction with the full fender flyers of the Pro All Stars Series and the Bastille 200.

Mike Ziter Wins First Bond/WIX Tiger Tour Event at WMMP

North Woodstock, NH – Williamstown’s Mike Ziter earned his first career Bond/WIX Tiger Tour event at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, NH on Saturday, July 16. Ziter started from the pole, but didn’t have an easy ride to the win. He spent the majority of the event holding off current point leader Derrick O’Donnell, Joey Roberts and defending Tiger Tour Champion Jason Bonnett.

NNS Race Recap: Kyle Busch Reaches Century Mark—And Martin’s

LOUDON, N.H . — It was a day of major milestones for Kyle Busch, who tied Mark Martin for the career victory lead in NASCAR’s Nationwide Series with Saturday’s win in the New England 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The victory was Busch’s sixth of the season in 15 starts and the 49th of his career, tying Martin. At the same time, Busch, 26, won for the 100th time in NASCAR’s top three series combined.

“Happy 49—happy 100,” crew chief Jason Ratcliffe radioed to Busch after the driver crossed the finish line .304 seconds ahead of Kevin Harvick, who said warnings from NASCAR a few weeks ago had handcuffed him when it came to making the moves necessary to win the race.

Joey Polewarczyk Jr disappointed in NASCAR K&N Pro-Series East Finish at NHMS

(Loudon, NH) – Joey Polewarczyk Jr of Hudson, NH finishes in thirty-sixth place at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Friday, July 15.

Joey had a solid qualifying effort enabling him to start in 17th place over all in the field of 36 cars. Once the green flag dropped, Joey was feeling the car out. Joey commented, “I was finding a line that I thought the car was the best in. The #61 Jack’s Auto Service, Poles Automotive, Fadden Racing Inc.Chevrolet was very tight at the onset of the race. I was hoping it would loosen up on the long run”
