Mike Stefanik, RPM Motorsports Team Up For ACT All-Star Challenge At New Hampshire Motor Speedway

GEORGIA, Vt. – The all-time winningest driver in NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour history will drive an RPM Motorsports car in the ACT All-Star Challenge at New Hampshire Motor Speedway this weekend, RPM owner Rick Paya announced Monday.

Stefanik, who is one of only two drivers in history to win nine NASCAR touring championships, will drive the No. 57 RPM Racing Engines Ford as he makes his debut in an ACT Late Model.

Theriault Excited To Head To New Hampshire Motor Speedway

FORT KENT, Maine – When Austin Theriault heads to New Hampshire Motor Speedway this time around, he’ll feel a whole lot more comfortable.

Theriault, who debuted at New England’s largest speedway as an ACT Late Model Tour rookie in 2010, goes back to the 1.058-mile oval for the first-ever ACT points-paying race with his family-owned team for the ACT All-Star Challenge on Friday and Saturday, August 12-13. Theriault is tied for seventh in the overall ACT standings and heads into the event off a fifth-place effort last time out at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. (more…)

Ironman Effort Gives Keselowski Crucial Win at Pocono Raceway

LONG POND, Pa. (August 7, 2011) – Brad Keselowski, driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS), picked up his second win of 2011 in the Good Sam RV Insurance 500 at Pocono Raceway on Sunday afternoon. Keselowski, who earlier in the week had been involved in a serious accident while testing at Road Atlanta, gave his best Willis Reed impersonation as he battled through a fractured ankle and strained back suffered in the crash to secure the victory. In the process, the Penske Racing driver placed himself in the lead for one of the two wild card berths into the 2011 “Chase for the Championship.”

A podium finish at Seekonk Speedway kicks off Joey Polewarczyk’s second half of 2011

(Seekonk, MA)- The start of the second half of the 2011 race season got off to a great start Saturday Night for the Joey Polewarczyk Race Team.

Polewarczyk, a native of Hudson, NH made the trip to his favorite track to compete in the Seekonk Speedway, PASS 150. Joey says, “We were fast right off the hauler. I love this track and we have a great record of finishes here.” (more…)
