PASS Super Late Models Ready For Historic First Visit To Thunder Road This Sunday
NAPLES, ME (May 21) – Not very long ago, it was pretty unlikely for New England race fans to think that the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) AIM Recycling Super Late Models Pres. By Kenny U-Pull would ever race at Vermont’s Thunder Road International Speedbowl. But, what was once a dream for many will become a reality when the stars of PASS hit Thunder Road for the first time ever this Sunday afternoon as part of the Mekkelsen RV Memorial Day Classic. The PASS AIM Recycling Super Late Models will compete for 150 green flag laps, along with action for Thunder Road’s ACT Late Models, the Bond Auto Tiger Sportsmen, and the Allen Lumber Street Stocks.

PASS Young Guns Looking To Follow In Fathers’ Footsteps At Concord
CHARLOTTE, NC (May 19) – Anticipation continues to build as the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models and KOMA Unwind Modified Madness Series prepare for this Friday night’s Old Glory Twin 125s at Concord Speedway. Located about 20 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway, the Old Glory Twin 125s will mark the first racing action held at Concord Speedway since PASS held the Mason Dixon Meltdown there in November, 2012.
PASS South is celebrating 10 years of making Super Late Model history in 2015 and has established itself as one of the premier short track divisions in all of racing. Likewise, Concord Speedway has made its share of history. First, as a 4/10 mile dirt oval that hosted such legendary names as Freddy Smith, Jack Pennington, Jeff Purvis, and Mike Duvall. And then, transforming into its triangular shaped, half-mile paved configuration that the stars of PASS and the KOMA Unwind Modifieds will tackle on Friday night. The iconic Big 10 Super Late Model Series made names of such short track stars as Rich Bickle, Jack Sprague, and Freddie Query, just to name a few.

Polewarczyk Rolls to Spring Green Victory at Airborne Park Speedway
Gonyo dominates Modified feature; Terry, O’Neil grab wins
PLATTSBURGH, NY – Joey Polewarczyk Jr. continued his mastery of Airborne Park Speedway on Sunday, May 17 with a convincing victory in the American-Canadian Tour’s Bill McBride Chevrolet Spring Green presented by Interstate Batteries. The race, postponed one day by inclement weather, was worth the wait as the Hudson, NH driver put on a show at the front of the field with Patrick Laperle.
The pair battled for the majority of the 115-lap race and traded the lead three times. Polewarczyk dogged his St-Denis, QC rival and made the winning move at lap 82, then pulled away in the final circuits for his fourth ACT win at Airborne since October 2011. Laperle settled for second and was the highest finishing Canadian; in addition to being the fourth event of the U.S.-based ACT Late Model Tour schedule, the Spring Green opened the championship schedule for the Québec-based Série ACT as well as the Québec Triple Crown Series at Airborne.
