Hattori Racing Enterprises drivers Sergio Pena and Brett Moffitt both scored top-five finishes in the Pork Be Inspired! 150 at Iowa Speedway on Friday, August 3, 2012.
Sergio Pena qualified and finished the #1 Don Valley North Toyota Camry in the 3rd position.

Rain Postpones Granite State Pro Stock Series JBH 100
John Hoyt Memorial Event rescheduled for September 8th
Rain showers moved over the Monadnock Speedway just after practice sessions had concluded for the Granite State Pro Stock Series JBH 100 and forced the 100-lap event to be postponed. The memorial event, held in honor of late Granite State Pro Stock Series Co-Founder John Hoyt, has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 8.

St-Denis, QC’s Patrick Laperle dominated on his way to his second straight Série ACT Castrol win at Autodrome Chaudiere on Friday, August 3. The defending Castrol Champion lapped all but the top five of the 18 car field, while leading the final 111 laps of the 150 lap event.
Former Castrol Champion Karl Allard jumped out to the point from the outside pole after the initial green. However, his lead was short lived as Donald Theetge used the outside line to take over the lead on lap 9. Theetge broke away from the field and built himself a healthy lead over the next 30 laps. Coming off of turn four to complete the 39th circuit, Theetge unexpectedly slowed and coasted to a stop, bringing out the first caution. Theetge’s day would be over due to distributor issues.

Lonnie Sommerville Seekonk Race Preview
THE STORY
Lonnie Sommerville of Saint John, New Brunswick, joins the PASS North Series in its return to Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, Mass., for the PASS 150 on Saturday, August 4. Sommerville finished fourth in this event a year ago in the No. 48 A.E. McKay Builders/Southern Maine Motors Chevrolet and is looking for a return to form on a track very similar to his home track. The tight, .333-mile Seekonk Speedway layout is akin to Speedway 660 in Geary, New Brunswick, where Sommerville is a two-time Auto Value 250 champion.

Austin Theriault Seekonk Race Preview
THE STORY
Austin Theriault of Fort Kent, Maine, will make his Mulkern Racing debut when the PASS North Series holds the PASS 150 at Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, Mass., on Saturday, August 4. The 18-year-old Brad Keselowski Racing development driver, who has not appeared in a PASS North Series event since 2010, is coming off his first career ACT Late Model Tour victory last weekend at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. Theriault will drive the No. 18 Southern Maine Motors/Community Pharmacies Chevrolet this weekend in search of his first career Super Late Model win.
